Dry January or Ginuary, we've got you covered with Cocktails & Mocktails

Whether you're an avid gin drinker celebrating Ginuary, or you're participating in dry January we have plenty of drink recipes for you to re create at home.

All of the recipes below are for just one serving.

*Classic G&T

The most obvious gin cocktail is of course the classic Gin and Tonic.

For this one, fill a glass with Ice as desired add your favourite fruit garnish (we love strawberries, or a slice of orange).

Pour over your 25ml of your chosen gin and top off with as much tonic as you like.

*Gin Caipirinha

A twist on the classic Brazilian cocktail!

Combine half a lime (cut into 4), and 2 tablespoons of honey in a glass and muddle to release lime juice. Once muddled, add 50ml of your favourite dry gin.

Transfer the contents into a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.

Add ice and a lime wedge to your glass and pour the mixture over.

*Bramble (my personal fave)

In a large cocktail shaker, or jug with a secure lid, muddle together 1tbsp of blackberry jam and 1tbsp fresh lemon juice.

Pour over 50ml dry gin, and approx. 50ml lemonade and shake to combine.

Fill a tumbler with crushed ice and pour over cocktail mix as well as a further 30ml of lemonade. Garnish with a blackberry.

Singapore Sling

This one requires a few more ingredients than the previous!

Start with equal measures (25ml) of Dry Gin, Cherry Brandy, Benedictine, and a handful of ice, and a few drops of angostura bitters in a mixing glass. Stir until the glass feels cold.

Pour your mixture (carefully) into a tall glass, adding 50ml pineapple juice, and 25ml lime juice and give it all a gentle stir.

Top with sparking water and add a pineapple slice and cherry to garnish.

*To make these into mocktails, try using one of the following non-alcoholic gin alternatives:

This is the perfect vegan, gluten free (and of course alcohol free) gin alternative, launched in 2019 by Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews, they also offer a clean rum.

This is a gorgeous alcohol free alternative to gin (The best of the alcohol free gins I have tried!)

Launched by funkin cocktails founder in 2018, they also have 'Not Rum' and 'Not Vodka!'
