love2move with Grosvenor Properties

Heswall estate agents Grosvenor Properties Sales Ltd has extended its service, by introducing a new online product, ‘love2move’ to complement its existing business.

‘love2move’ is an online estate agency brand, which works in conjunction with established local agents, to offer an online property sales service for a fixed fee of £895. Debi Davies, Director of Sales at Grosvenor Properties, said, “As a respected independent estate agent, we were attracted by the love2move concept as it gives us a ready-made fixed fee online platform, which we appreciate some clients might prefer. We are now able to offer advice and confirmation relating to market value for those wanting to take control of their own sales online. At the same time, we continue to offer our traditional and exemplary full service product to those clients who prefer to have someone to manage the whole process of selling their home on their behalf from valuation to completion

When marketing a property, ‘love2move’ uses an internet platform that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Potential buyers can view houses easily and quickly by opening the ‘love2move’ website on a phone or tablet and ‘swiping’ the ones that match their requirements. They can then communicate directly with the seller through an instant online chat function.

Mark Worrall, Sales Director of ‘love2move’ added, “For most people their home is their largest and most important asset and the vast majority value the support of a traditional agency with its expertise and knowledge of the local marketplace. However, others are attracted to the idea of paying a fixed fee and selling via an internet brand.’love2move’ provides traditional agents with the opportunity to appeal to a very different area of the market. We are delighted to welcome Grosvenor Properties Sales Ltd to our rapidly growing portfolio of forward thinking agents”.
