love2move with Scoffield Stone

Derby estate agent signs up for love2move

Derby based estate agent Scoffield Stone has extended its service offering by introducing a new online product that compliments its existing business.

Love2move is a new online estate agency brand which allows local high street estate agents to offer fixed price online property sales of £895. The concept sits alongside the traditional agent’s existing offering, but is aimed at a different market, using an internet platform that can be accessed from anywhere, any time. The dating agency style of the website combines the functions of Rightmove and Tinder, adopting the Tinder methodology of swipe and select so buyers can view potential houses easily and quickly by opening the love2move website on a phone or tablet, browsing properties and swiping the ones that match their requirements. They can then communicate directly with the seller through an instant online Chat function.

By using love2move over nationally recognised online sites sellers have the additional comfort of their property value being verified by an experienced local agent who will advise on the price that will generate maximum return and a speedy sale.

With offices in Mickleover and Hilton, Scoffield Stone is the only estate agent in the area now able to offer a fully flexible service, which ranges from full traditional support attracting a 0.6% commission to a fixed price internet portal service and anything in between.

Paul Morris director of Scoffield Stone said: “As a respected independent estate agent we were attracted by the love2move concept as it gives us a ready-made online platform without us having to invest time and money in developing the software and marketing for such a product.”

“We are now able to tailor our service offering according to a customer’s budget, from our full service traditional product to a simple confirmation of market value for those wanting to take control of their own sales online, which is something no one else in the area is able to do.”

Mark Worrall, Sales Director of love2move, who spearheaded its development added: “For most people their home is their largest and most important asset and the vast majority of them value the support of a traditional estate agency which has expertise and knowledge of the local marketplace.

However, others are attracted to the idea of saving money by selling their home via the internet. Love2move provides traditional agents with opportunity to appeal to this very different area of the market without having to develop their own internet portal.  We’re delighted to welcome Scoffield Stone to our rapidly growing portfolio of forward thinking independent agents.”
