love2move the new online estate agency offering for high street estate agents launched on valentine’s day this year has continued a remarkable first year by being shortlisted for three industry awards. The Negotiator awards have recognised the company’s website as among the best in the industry as well as Director Mark Worrall as one of the rising stars in estate agency.
Love2move was created by a husband and wife team, property expert Mark Worrall and marketing guru Rachael, who pooled their knowledge to create an online estate agency with a twist. Love2move allows homeowners to sell their homes online for a fixed price of £895, but still access support from a local estate agent, if required.
The couple, both aged 30, came up with the idea after drawing on their own experiences of moving house last year. Whilst they were able to rely on Mark’s expertise as Sales Director of locally based property marketing agency MovingWorks, they realised that others in their age group would be attracted to the cheaper online agents, losing out on the valuable local knowledge that helps sellers to optimise their property sale and buyers to make the right choice of property and location.
MovingWorks have been shortlisted for innovator of the year for creating the love2move brand that is designed to sit alongside agents existing offering and appeal to the new generation of house sellers. The business rationale is to enable local agents to engage with a very different market sector, generating additional revenue without eroding their traditional offering.
The concept has been well received by agents in the region and is already being offered by five different brands throughout The North West across a network of eight offices with another five offices set to launch in October.
The Negotiator Awards is the most prestigious and popular awards scheme in residential property and with more entrants and more winners than any other scheme in this sector. They are the most inclusive and therefore the most valued and meaningful accolades you can be awarded in the residential property industry.
All finalists submitted an exhaustive Negotiator Awards application which was then reviewed by an industry-expert judging panel.
The winners will be unveiled at an extravagant awards ceremony on the 31 October at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London hosted by TV star and comedian, Jimmy Carr.
