What to expect at a valuation in lockdown

If you have a valuation booked it will still go ahead as normal, we work closely with our partner estate agents across the UK to make sure your safety is prioritised. What to expect: 

  • In home valuation
  • Your local agent will call first 
  • Your estate agent will be wearing face coverings 
  • We'll sanitise before entering
  • Please make sure to open all doors & switch on all lights for ease
  • social distancing rules at all times
  • 15 minutes at the property 
  • We may ask you to go to another room whilst we photograph & measure up
