You get 12 months marketing of your property & you can take it off the market and come back on. love2move do all the legal checks and make sure your buyer is proceedable and you can accept offers on the platform. Once you're happy you haver the best price you can accept and your legal sales papers (the memorandum) will automatically email out to all parties including your solicitor

Will my property be on rightmove? 

Your property will be listed on Rightmove if your estate agent advertises with Rightmove. If they don't unfortunatley advertise then love2move cannot advertsie on that platform 

What if I forget my password?

How do I book a valuation? 

Simply click on the get a FREE valuation button and enter your post code. You'll be asked a few questions about your property and the best time that suits you, your local estate agent will be in touch within 24 hours, click here to book a valuation

How to book a viewing on a property I may want to buy?

Click on property search, enter the postcode, there will be a button to say book a viewing. Click here and enter 2x times that are most convenient for you and the seller will be contacted and get in touch with you. You will need to create an account if you haven't already got one, so you can be in direct contact with the buyer
