You have just looked around your dream home and you want to snap it up before anyone else does!? With love2move the process couldn’t be easier, you don’t have to wait for the estate agent to open, simply visit love2move.co.uk and follow the below steps:
Login to your account from the home screen. If you are selling a house with love2move the first screen you will see will be your seller dashboard and you need to toggle to the buyer dashboard using the below button:
If you are not selling your house through love2move you will be guided straight to your buyer dashboard and see the following screen:
You can place an offer on a property by navigating to the offer tab, if the property you have viewed is not displayed on your dashboard home screen it can be found using the ‘My Properties’ link on the left-hand side.
The offer screen allows you to input your offer amount and add any comments to accompany your offer. We recommend you include your position, i.e. do you have a house to sell? And your timescales along with any conditions of the offer. Once you have completed your offer press the submit offer button and towards the bottom of the screen you can see your offer history on the property.
Once the seller has decided if your offer is acceptable or not you will receive an e mail asking you to log back into your dashboard. At this stage you can either make a further offer if your offer has been rejected or if your offer is accepted you are required to enter your solicitors and financial advisors details using the tabs found at the top of the offer page.
Once the seller of the property has inputted their solicitors details they will send you and your solicitor a sales memorandum to start the conveyancing process. You can easily send the seller a message using the messaging tab to ensure the sale is progressing smoothly.
